Arragon Mooar

Isle of Man

Prime Residential Project

Following our work on the Taylor Library at Corpus Christi, we continued our relationship with the library’s namesake and primary benefactor to join their journey of building an ambitious and eccentric home on the Isle of Man. This breathtaking property has been described as 'the most complicated house ever built’: an elliptical building that melded the traditions of 16th-century architect Palladio with the Georgian country houses of Robert Adam – but in a new and modern way. We carried out the full joinery fit-out, including in the oval library and the main hall, which houses the Dragon Chronophage clock (with the sister clock at Corpus Christi).
