Current Vacancies

  • Seeking experienced makers to join our team at the workshop in South Leicestershire. An ability to work to a very high standard, motivated and positive attitude are essential skills. Overtime opportunities. Full time position. Salary / pay according to experience.

  • We would welcome applications from skilled and semi-skilled furniture finishers / sprayers. For successful applicants with limited experience, appropriate training will be provided for the role. Core skills to include surface preparation, staining, sealing and applying top coat lacquers of all sheen levels, application of fire lacquers and a diligent approach to quality control. Past experience of liquid metal finishes would be beneficial. Overtime opportunities. Full time position. Salary / pay according to experience.

  • We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our work winning team. In this key role, you will be responsible for producing precise and comprehensive cost estimates for varied types of projects, with a range of project values between £100,000 to multimillion packages. Working closely with others, you will ensure all aspects of projects are costed accurately, meeting both client and company requirements.

  • This role is suited to an ambitious design technician with a minimum of 8-years previous experience, who would like to gain further skills and knowledge while working on some of the best woodworking and cabinetry projects in the UK. Your skills will be tested in this role, and you will be required to produce detailed design information to a very high quality as well as being able to communicate effectively with our clients. It is important you are able to work well with others and be a good team player, but also have an ability to manage your own workload and use your initiative to solve problems.

Work Experience

We provide meaningful work experience opportunities to students, whether at school (year 11-13), college or university.

  • If you are looking to gain first-hand knowledge of what the specialist joinery and construction industry is like, we offer year round work experience placements and insight days. Our placements usually last between one to two weeks and offer you the opportunity to spend some time outside of the classroom and gain an insight into the trade and profession. A work placement may assist with informing your career choice, or open your eyes to options you hadn’t yet considered.

  • We understand our role to support and encourage interest in our industry, and welcome students with a wide range of career aspirations, whether in joinery and furniture making for those training to be bench joiners, cabinetmakers, machinists, CNC operators, finishers, site installers, designers and project managers - or it may also include a week’s experience in a joinery manufacturing environment for aspiring architects, interior designers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and people wanting to train in other specialist trades.
