Our Legacy

Our family-owned business has been delivering quality joinery to valued clients for over 40 years. Combining traditional values with cutting-edge design and innovation, we work for the world's leading architects and designers to set a new benchmark for excellence.

History

Neil Burke was 23 when he founded his joinery business in a small village on the border of Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. Talented, passionate and determined, he agreed a lease on a former garage at a local wharf. Joining him, Sharon Burke took over the accounting, while Sam the golden retriever kept Neil company in the back of his van.

Growth & Change

The business grew rapidly in the 1980s, driven by Neil and Sharon’s strong business values and dedication to their customers. By 1992, Neil had a team of dedicated joiners working on several projects at what would become Europe’s largest business park. And in 1998 they purchased a factory unit with 8,000 sq/ft of manufacturing space.

The Future

Sustained reinvestment into our family business – our plant and machinery but also our people and processes – has been the foundation stone of our success. It remains our central strategy for maintaining standards and growth – investing properly in a business we can all be proud of.
